Zombie Fit workouts!!

To catch you up:

Since December I've been following my normal routine of Parkour twice a week, and trying to incorporate some workouts and stretching here and there...nothing spectacular, again..

This week so far, I've been running every other day, and yesterday I completed my first "hardcore" workout since last year.

I found this website, called zombiefit.org and they post Workouts of the Day, once a day. I am going to try and follow their routines from now on, and post here about how they go... oh and on another note, I feel greeeat after yesterdays workout!! woo!! :D

Since the website is in the USA, I actually have to do the previous day's workouts instead of the days when they post them up, but that's alright :D

Yesterday was a Tabata workout, and I'm pleasantly sore today...

I'll post another blog tonight about today's efforts!
